Bright blue eyeshadow is back, but it’s no surprise since most 90s trends are making a comeback! The Miu Miu Fall runway show featured Bella Hadid in a bright matte blue beauty look, and this theme carried over to other runways too! If you're a bit intimidated by this look try using a blue shadow on your bottom lash line for a little pop of color! Here are some products to help get this cool girl look.
