The Six Interior Design Accounts to Follow for Some Serious Inspiration

Your following count is about to get a little higher.

After a year like 2020, I think it’s fair to say that liking the space you’re in is important. Whether you’re looking to switch up a few pillows or craving a whole new look, these six Instagram accounts will provide you with plenty of interior goals that you’ll be dying to recreate in your own place.

ETC.etera (@etcforshort)

Founded in 2016, ETC.etera (etc for short) is an interior design firm based in Los Angeles. Specializing in residential and hospitality projects, interior designer Sally Breer and stylist / creative director Jake Rodehuth-Harrison come together to create spaces that are magical, yet effortless. And let’s be real, this bathroom is pretty dreamy.

ALLPRACE (@allprace)

From craftsman, modern farmhouse, to Japanese-Scandinavian, and everything in between, Allprace, a boutique real estate renovation and development firm founded by interior designer Shanty Wijaya, never fails to deliver on some serious interior inspiration. Wijaya buys homes with the plan to renovate them for potential buyers; since she never lives in these spaces, she is able to play with different designs and styles, making no two houses the same.

2LG Studio (@2lgstudio)

Based out of South East London, Jordan Cluroe and Russell Whitehead, the creative duo behind 2LG Studio, have a knack for creating spaces that are full of elegance, simplicity, functionality, and lots of color. My personal favorite? The millennial pink bedroom I never knew I needed in my life.

Megan Hopp Design (@meganhopp)

Megan Hopp’s philosophy: “Change your space, change your life”. With a flair for incorporating envy-inducing wallpaper (I never thought I’d say that), this New York-based interior designer favors big and brave choices, making even the most bland apartment look fun and exciting.

Jake Arnold (@jakearnold)

LA-based interior designer Jake Arnold is known for turning spaces into works of art. With a simple yet elevated aesthetic, he could make even the most traditional design fan fall for his moody spaces. With the Chrissy Teigen seal of approval (he designed the Cravings HQ), he’s worth the follow.

Erin Hiemstra (@apartment_34)

Originally created to share the renovation of her first apartment in Seattle (#34get it?), Erin Hiemstra’s Apartment 34 has transformed into a space for design lovers to gather inspiration for over ten years. With a focus on an elevated aesthetic and intentional approach to modern living, I definitely wouldn’t mind if my first apartment turned out like something from her IG.
