Be Kind to Your Mind: Self-Care Rituals to Welcome Autumn

You know what they say: new season, new ritual.

Well, maybe “they” don’t,  but personally, updating my current daily routine while easing into the new season allows me to start my autumn days anew and inspired. Caring for yourself is nothing new, but adjusting your rituals to fit the season can be especially uplifting. Light a pumpkin-scented candle, sip your hot chai, and recite daily affirmations to comfort your mind as we settle into chillier days and cozier nights.

Often my favorite part of an outfit, jewelry not only elevates your look but adds a unique touch of personality.
